The Zhongming South Road and Xinguang Kavalan that I used to go to have ceased business or withdrawn one after another, so I have been to several Kavalan. This is the best service I have ever been to. There was a lady with short hair who was very kind, and she could tell that she was talking to you seriously rather than responding casually. After so many years, I have seen that Kavalan has not only closed its stores, but also has a high turnover rate of shop assistants, and the service has gone from bad to worse. This shouldn't be what such a good (expensive) wine should have. It's been a long time since I saw such a good shop assistant in Kavalan. I hope they can retain talents. Friends who like Taiwanese whiskey will also support them.
