I don’t want to give a star. The female clerk on the night shift of 2020.11.15 checked out. She didn’t greet the customer during the whole process and didn’t follow the checkout process. It didn’t matter whether the members needed to accumulate points, just chat with the male clerk! When you use LINE PAY to check out, you have to display it on your phone to know that it's settled! Not to mention thank you to the guests, it looks like there are no doors! 😒

Today, at 2130, I changed a bottle of oatmeal at the store and found that it was expired. I only drank 2/3, but the follow-up treatment of the clerk and the response and concern of the manager gave a very good feeling.
