Passing by Hualien Guangfu Township, about 3kmk from the Taiwan Sugar Factory, I was suddenly attracted by the special wood carvings on the road. I found a whole special picture on the outer wall of Taibalang Elementary School. I especially stopped to take pictures. Taibalang Elementary School
