There is an exhibition space on the first floor, magazines & newspapers on the second floor, and air-conditioning in summer during the day :-)
Can the air conditioner be on all day if it's hot?
Both the collection volume and the self-study room environment are very good, but the self-study room air conditioning is not enough, it is a bit stuffy, not very comfortable for a long time, you can go to the first floor lobby to read.
