CHARLES & KEITH (Nanxi Store)

SAs at this store need better trainings, all other CKs I have visited in Taipei the SAs were much nicer and helpful. This store is always too busy and although there are at least 6 SAs on the floor during busy times, every time I go in those SAs just stand there while making eye contacts with customers, but they don't greet you or ask if you need help. I went today and knew what I wanted, but it took me 2 rounds asking 3 different SAs for help to get me the wallet...almost did not want to buy it anymore. Will definitely shop at other locations next time!!

The same specifications as Singapore, we hired a bunch of service staff But the quality of service is only about 1/10 Don't take the initiative to introduce it Guests inquire about discounts, etc. The attitude is stinky and it ends if you return "no" It seems that business is too good Someone will come to your door without even service Please take a look at the brand image Don't just know standing and chatting

In order to prevent the epidemic, I have to control the number of people entering the store~ The business here is really good and the people are full. The service staff are very good and enthusiastic. I often buy friends’ birthday gifts here! But as soon as I entered, I felt very stuffy. The doorway was open, but compared with the outside, it was completely two worlds😢
