Really great customer service from the staff. She was extremely knowledgable and polite too. I was about to purchase with a bargain as it was my birthday, but that said no receipt will be given which may cost some duty issue for me. Hence I passed. At any rate, I love Kavalan. If u do not have time to travel to the distillery u should drop by here.

Be sure to by alcohol in Taipei and pack with check in luggage. No No liquid allowed to carry on board period!!!

Little more expensive than other retail stores. But they have a huge selection of kavalan whiskies.
