In 2021/January, I used a sticker to add money to buy a paring knife. The list and the clerk verbally told me that you can pick it up from 2/1 to 2/10, but when I went to pick it up on 2/5 today, the clerk told me about mine. That one was first given to the person who was on the back date, and said that all of Taiwan is out of stock now. I have to wait until after March, but the attitude is not good and there is no apology. It seems natural that we ran for nothing! Very dumbfounded😒

On 2/5, the exchange time should be up to the ordered product. The clerk said that the product was taken away by the person behind because they called later. We will not be able to pick it up until a month later. The wrong call is a problem with your store, and it is out of stock You don't even call to inform, the male clerk on the 2/5 night shift.
