不專業. 送貨/取件司機人很好很客氣. 說得不專業是指台灣的順豐公司處理部分. 週二跟購物網站申請退貨, 選了禮拜五下午取件, 順豐作業沒做好, 直到取貨當天, 而且是預約時間前1個小時才由司機聯絡說地址是"偏遠"地區 , 司機他們沒有服務到這個地區. 聯絡了客服反應等於是鬼打牆吧. 責任撇得一乾二凈. 現在是 E 時代, 更何況是國際型的配送. 網路可以幾秒內就收到申請書等等, 卻是拖到當天才發現？！ 結論是要自行"重新"跟他們網站申請取貨. 對於有退貨需求的客戶, 是會嚴重耽誤且影響到客戶購物的權利的. 以前從同一個購物網訂購, 也是順豐送貨取貨到同個地址數次. 首次聽到說沒有服務到我這個"偏遠"地區的事件. 規定可更改, 儘早告知聯絡即可, 氣的是拖到當天才講. 然後態度也只是重複的說沒有服務這麼遠.
