Silk Valley SPA Resort

The food, service, environment, and seating were amazing! Each dish was beautifully prepared and presented by the chef. Having this amazing meal next to a river provides a beautiful feeling of fresh air and natural sounds. I can't wait to dine there again!

Pro: The place is very beautiful with a relaxed outdoor feel. We loved the outdoor bath and steam room. Room price was pretty expensive but worth it for the memories. Service was good especially because there was an amazing Indonesian woman that made our day. She was so kind and welcoming even though we didn't even speak the same language. Con: Food was not very good and walls are paper thin. People were loud in the middle of the night - website it says you can't come past 9.. so that was annoying. Breakfast was included but not seasoned. Bought dinner here one night but food was sadly horrible. Could not eat most dishes and the price was completely outrageous for quality- spending $140 on a simple dinner for 2 should have been amazing but my partner couldn't even eat most of it since it was so bad. Example of the food: Duck was over cooked (no no), fish liver that tasted and smelled like cat food, mushrooms were like chewing rubber, and chunks of vegetables that were not ever cooked (hard to eat). I feel bad for writing the review but I want others to just have the knowledge. Go for the environment but not the food or peace at times.

A beautiful valley which is located at Yangming mountain. It has green views and plenty of fishes, butterflies, bees, beetles, etc.. You could feel the nature without the voice of the city. It offers accommodation, food and dessert. The hotel is full of the flavor of tochigi. That's fabulous. Each meal is made by organic ingredients. We could enjoy the music of nature when we were having fantastic meals. you can try to stay for a night when you need a moment in the valley.

Very nice place to relax. The hot spring is amazing and the food is super tasty. One you found it is it like wow. Sourunded by nature and you can hear the water. Very natural place. They also have free wifi

Hidden gem that should only be visited when you're in to relax and enjoy an excellent meal to satisfy your pallets. Which, should be what you strive for at every meal. This is the first time that I've been, but I'm sure I'll be back many times more. Perfect for both dates and large parties. Allen he great chef will be sure to take care of you.
