A place you must to have a Vipassana class for 3 or 10 days once in your life time. It's a spiritual area with positive energy for all people who really want to know and purify himself, to be out of pain and to help others. Vipassana is aim to strengthen the mind, to discipline it and to work diligiently. During the everyday meditation, one develops the awareness and equanimity and observes sensations with the understanding of impermanence.Of course, one may have to suffer some discomfort in the process of purification. Remember, continuity of practice is the secret to success. I'm so happy I took the chance to the class there which is really changing my life. Hope you can find a better and balanced of yourself after the class.
