#2 Burger 美式道地漢堡

Very glad we gave this place a try after hearing about it from friends. Owners are very hard-working and fun to talk to. Great tunes playing added to the overall ambiance. You will feel very welcomed and know that you will get a good meal. The mushroom soup received as part of the set meal was quite delicious, very savory and a nice starter. The fountain drinks are bottomless. The burgers tasted amazing. Blue cheese is made in house, a small feat considering the majority of places in Kaohsiung don't even know that blue cheese exists. The bacon is cooked perfectly and adds a nice texture to the overall taste. They have several patty sizes ranging from 4oz up to 10oz and beyond. Be sure to do yourself a favor and head to this part of town for some awesome food. If you use a car there is a large parking lot right across the street. Two thumbs way up.

The BEST burger I tasted in Taiwan with a crispy outside and soft inside french fries! They also serve "real" steak, perfectly cooked medium rare one with a very nice sear matched with lovely mashed potato and asparagus. Their homemade bacon with chocolate is also a must try if you want your taste buds to go crazy, in a good way!😊 I always recommend this restaurant to my local and foreign friends.

#2 is the #1 burger joint in Taiwan. CP super high. Everything we tried was excellent. We are Americans with high standards for burgers, too! The XLB off menu pork burger with ginger, scallions, and hoisin mayo sauce was unbelievable. The blue cheese beef burger, the chili, the fried ugly noodles, the bacon chocolate, the mushroom soup, the dessert... wow. You really can’t go wrong. We are going back for pasta and to have our spirits lifted up by the incredible owners and their music selection too!

A truly amazing experience! The chef was such a cool and hospitable guy, and you could totally see his passion in introducing genuine american burgers. I ordered a 8 oz double cheese burger with BBQ sauce, and it left nothing to be desired. The juicy patty along with the sunny-side-up egg and BBQ sauce was such a great combination. Overall, the burger was rich in flavors and the portion was enough for a grown man. Totally recommended. Must try the burgers!

A truly craft burger from a cook who loves food. That's what we found when we went searching for a new burger place. It's not just a delightful and flavorful sandwich that we found - we sampled soup and "ugly noodles" that brought about a state fair nostalgia for fried dough and funnel cakes. Be prepared for great food and a catchy playlist that includes everything from mid-90s hip-hop to 70's funk. Wash it down with a cold Coca-Cola and roll yourself out when you're full. Enjoy!
