Ching Yeh Hotel

i really had a good experience with this hotel, rooms are clean, good air conditioner, but mattress had a smell a little something, but it doesnt matter, bathroom is good, water is clean. when it comes with the hotel receptionist they had a terrible costumer service, bad communication skills and attitude towards customers. i hope they will hire receptionist who knows how to speak english and how to comprehend english also, some foreign people cannot speak well in chinese. just more improvement in costumer service and communication. i highly recommend staying in this hotel.

The rooms are clean but the receptionist is unfriendly and terrible to communicate they are unrespectful, mostly when room pricing they will offer the expensive room although there are more affordable room.. and we try to book ahead of time still they are hard to talk(maybe they are slow thinkers) Imagine you went there to book for the next 3 weeks ahead of time but they will tell u to comeback tomorrow so that u can get the book schedule of the room price you can afford.. gosh do they cannot think to make a way for the convenient of the customers (why comeback if they can book it tomorrow)

Good hotel, it’s clean. But terrible customer service, terrible terrible attitude. I don’t know why the women on the desk has such bad attitude and disrespectful to those who has special needs. (Vegetarian) hopefully one day they will hire nicer people to be in the front desk. Before that we will not come back.
