The staff at Taipei Bike Works are so knowledgeable and patient. Even when I have difficulty explaining my issues, they're familiar enough with bikes to help me articulate. They're always concerned with the quality of the parts they install and the work they put into their customer's bike. They've even test-ridden my bike to make sure the issue I was experiencing was resolved, and I've seen them do that with other customers while I waited for assistance. The shop always has a really relaxed and comfortable feel to it. They create an ambiance and hospitality that I greatly enjoy and appreciate. I'm so happy to have found their shop.

Alex and Alec did an awesome job on my bike. They upgraded my drive train to Shimano 105 and I am loving it. The work was very precise and they really take care of the details. They made sure everything was perfect before I left the store. Service is very friendly and they happy to discuss different options and pricing. I really recommend these guys.

The friendliest folks selling some great bikes. They always go over and above and are always willing to give you tips and recommendations. I’ll go to them for any bike needs in Taipei.

Alex & Alec(?) were both very helpful. They listened to my questions and provided useful information to think about. I'll consider bringing my bike to them for service after this visit. Nice location as it's just opposite a park and near the riverside. Just a short U-Bike ride to Yuanshan MRT 圓山站.
