I swiped the wrong card before and coordinated with the head office to come to Taipei Station to refund the money. The head office has called to inform Taipei Station. Miss Taipei Station has always said that my card has no record, but the head office has left me with the information, and later changed it to say that there is a record, which is really inexplicable.

The moving line arrangement inside the station is very strange, the waiting space is too far from the stop. I accidentally stood in the wrong position, missed the shift, and were accused by the ticket sellers of being unable to wait or hear on the mobile phone. In fact, I always paid attention to the bus, thinking that it would stop at a fixed point. Leaving aside the indifferent attitude of station staff, it is recommended to give instructions to correct the moving line issue, otherwise there may be more conflicts.

The driver was of poor quality, and the passenger complaint was useless. The driver clearly walked the route by himself, and the departure time was short. When the passenger complained, the driver actually said that he had departed according to the scheduled time and route. But at 10 minutes, he clearly saw the bus passing by the opposite lane! !! !! The whole company, including customer service, is not planning to serve passengers at all!
