My worst experience at the bank. The clerk is very impatient and the supervisor in unhelpful.

As all banks in Taiwan, Fubon working hours are terrible! You have to take a day off to go to see them. The service is quite average and even in the middle of the day there are a couple of people waiting.

There is a shortage of staff at noon and there are long queues. Those who come late are just to handle the business with more staff, and they do it better than the early customers! Very unfair

There is no need to make an online appointment to open an account, because the appointment is almost an hour on the spot.
