Royal Hotel

Royal Hotel is rightly a 2-star hotel - it is simple and basic. But I give it top rating because of the location, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel room flooring was very clean, a/c and heat are easy to adjust. I liked the bright lighting in the room. Really appreciated this hotel!

Good value. A very very manager who helped me to find a great local restaurant. Very clean room and nice television with some English channels. Complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. All the necessary toiletries included. A nice spot downstairs to chat with others and watch TV or have a cup of coffee.

Yesterday, I was staying in Hsinchu for two nights. I saw a good review on the Internet. It was the most expensive to book for two nights. The only room in this hotel with two double beds (sleeps 4 people): 1980 yuan/night, room 702, really soundproof Well, the traffic on the main road is uninterrupted, and people who sleep lightly will not sleep well. What was even worse was that when we went to bed at night, the air-conditioner began to make uninterrupted clams and rumblings. It may be that some of the fan blades were broken. I hurried to respond to the counter in the middle of the night and immediately let us go to the only remaining musty on the sixth floor Double room (Thank you so much for the availability, if we live with 4 people, we will sleep on the floor), the traffic on the road outside is constantly roaring. That's it. The next morning, I told the counter to respond to the incident and expressed that we felt bad. The eldest sister naturally said: They know, they will send someone to fix it later; the tenants have not reported that there is a problem with the air conditioner before. Voice: It has been observed that when we checked in, a bundle of toilet paper was stuck in the ceiling on the air-conditioner, and the air-conditioner was completely uncertain!? Let the tenant live= =). The hotel didn't express any apology, but stated that nothing happened. I couldn't sleep well. I wanted to enjoy suffering, but I was treated cold by the hotel. I don't want to continue my stay. The hotel has refunded the price for the second night, but the price for the first night is still calculated, which is really miserable. Conclusion: I may have bad luck and be angry when I spend money. But if you don't mind the sound of engines roaring across the road, you can live in it, which is a cheap hotel.
