of course it's good for children but some neighbors would smoke cigarettes around the park. also, got few straight dogs running around so that have the potential to bring in fleas and such pests.

Good place for kids to play. A big climbing frame over a sand pit. In a shaded area in the late afternoon. Quite popular with kids when the sun gets lower.
