The clerk's quality is poor and the SOP process is completely absent. Everyone came to buy coffee early in the morning. Originally, there was only one guest waiting in front, and then skipped me and replaced the next guest's order? ? ? Even more exaggerated is that (this franchise store is not a direct sales store) people who seem to be bosses, walk to the coffee machine and hold their own coffee cups (not seeing a bunch of people waiting for coffee at all), and then fill their own cups first. ? ? ?
