吃了三次都點不同的套餐,肉片都有厚度吃起來很有口感很滿足,不會有因為肉片太薄烤的時候容易破掉的困擾。有別於其他燒肉店附的是魚湯,很鮮甜順口還有淡淡的胡椒香。最驚豔的肉品是荔香牛肉,用聞的聞不到味道,但在口中吃起來滿滿荔枝香,真的很棒!還有牛舌,薄切牛舌就有厚度很有口感了,下次想試試看厚切牛舌。個人比較喜歡品嚐肉品的原味,不喜歡過度醃製肉品,所以覺得這間是吃過最好吃的燒肉店!不論是牛小排、角切牛還是梅花豬、豬五花,都沒有腥味而且口感也都很好。熟食最喜歡的是干貝餃,120元四顆真的很划算,干貝的鮮味都包在餃子皮裡,搭配柴魚香讓人欲罷不能。凝脂點漆(枸杞奶酪)是最特別的甜點,只是一般接受度可能不高,但個人覺得很有特色,很紮實而且越吃越好吃。吃三次都覺得無雷,但感覺大多數人可能還是喜歡吃醃肉吧!假日的生意感覺不算很好,缺點是真的很不好停車,真心希望能長久經營!!
