Poor customer service.

UPDATE: 06/21/2018 I went there looking to see if they cold get Microshifter brake-shift levers for my road bike. They got thumb shifters for my old mountain bike and it was no problem. So I walked in and asked about Microshift R9. They said they did not have them in stock, and would have to order. I said, "Fine. How long would it take?" They asked the owner and the jerk said he cannot order them and I should just buy Shimano. What a jerk!! Here they had no problem getting Microshift levers before now it is a problem. EVen though the company is about 20 minute drive away from his store, the owner said they cannot order them. ANd this was a Taiwanese brand he did not want to get. The owner was pushing SHimano, a Japanese brand. Gee, wonder if the owner was getting some sort of "incentive" from Shimano to sell their products. Screw this store! I was able to get a hold of the Campagnolo rep and he is working with me to get Campy Chorus 11-speed groupset....

Personal problems, misreading the product leads to the wrong order online, providing exchange service before using it, and also helping to order the correct product on behalf of the high-quality store

The service staff is very polite, everything is complete, recommend cyclists to come and see
