The staff on platform 404 was very bad (a guy with instant noodles). We arrived at 23:22 at just 22 minutes, but said we were late and the driver was still there. The car hadn't been sent yet, but we insisted not to board the car. Really bad enough

要到中南部，搭捷運到台北車站下車，沿路有指標到台北轉運站/京站，搭手扶梯上四樓有和欣客運往中南部的車

The service and efficiency are very good, but please tell the company that you should stop stopping at Taoyuan Station when you arrive at Chaoma from Taipei. No one really wants to take this kind of non-direct train. At 6:45 in the morning, the direct train could arrive within two hours. In order to get off the garbage Taoyuan Interchange and then go back, traffic jams will start and it will take three hours to arrive.
