注射室的一位年紀稍長的護理師態度有夠差!小孩一歲多因為玻璃門碎裂整個碎玻璃灑到他身上，趕緊送去醫院請櫃檯能不能先讓小孩做清理，櫃台很幫忙得先幫我掛號資料候補即可，拿了"初診單跟健保卡"請我趕快把小孩送去注射室，結果護士看到沒掛號單就說沒掛號單不給看，當下問能不能先幫小孩看傷口有沒有很嚴重，因為櫃檯就是給我這兩樣東西叫我趕快過來注射室的，那位護士堅持要先拿掛號單過來才可以，趕緊又請家人跑去櫃台要掛號單，拿了掛號單後，護理師嘴巴還一直碎念說: 你們很兇，兇我也沒用。不停地重複同樣的話(當下因為小孩受傷講話很急，被說我們態度很兇...)，動作又很慢，進去將近五分鐘連我小孩的傷口都沒正眼看過一眼，嘴巴卻不停地在碎念，請他幫忙處理小孩頭頂上的結痂傷口看有沒有碎玻璃碎片時，處理到一半電話打來，開始當著我的面講悄悄話，內容還被聽見在說小孩傷口很小根本沒什麼，好像家長在小題大作一樣，跟我們說小孩如果頭上要上藥蓋住傷口的話，要把頭髮剃掉，回答護理師說不用剃請他幫忙做清潔上藥就好，卻用很不屑的口氣回了:隨便你們啊! 從一進去到出來態度在差什麼的，不指望什麼同理心但是專業度在哪? 就也告知玻璃門整個碎裂碎片灑在小孩身上，小孩也滿臉血痕的，貴醫院的護理師卻選擇不停地碎念，動作慢慢來慢慢寫資料
