She also kept asking the background for no problem. Am I booking a room? After hanging up the phone and pushing the responsibility to the backstage, saying that the background name of her tenant is incorrect, can it be good if she can confirm with the background before I go out to call? Can't she help me contact the reservation network? I have shown the reservation confirmation letter. By the time of check-in, it has exceeded 5:30 pm.
