The clerk is kind and has a good tone, and will not keep customers waiting for too long, and will proactively ask customers what help they need

On January 14th, 2021, at 7pm, we will notify the pick-up by SMS. We arrived at the store at 8:30pm. After waiting for the two pick-ups, the male clerk on duty looked at the computer and directly responded that the item is still in the box, and will be picked up tomorrow. Intuitively, the service of this Xiaoqi is really getting worse and worse! Since I haven’t been able to pick up the package, why did the SMS inform me indiscriminately? I have to drive out for nothing in cold weather. I can’t pick it up yet. It’s really speechless.

At the beginning of the off work hours, there were two male shop assistants, and their attitude was not good at work.

There is no big problem with the service! Just environmental hygiene. Cleanliness should be strengthened... There are thick layers of dirt and dust on the end racks of food and supplies!
