It is not easy to find things on several floors! There are several times when the ladies who met the counter at 10:30~11:30 in the morning are very cold. …Even the most basic of the service industry looking for money will not say thank you~ I don’t feel very good! On the contrary, the counter staff at night is more enthusiastic. So originally one star... two more stars. Watsons, who had also served in other counties and cities for 5 years 12 years ago, felt sad and shook his head! Before, there were monthly reviews and appraisal systems for secret customers... At least the service and perception were of a certain standard. I think the performance of this review with a low score of 2.4 should also be poor! I think the regional supervisor should take a good look at these comments and rectify the bad atmosphere! There is no humble supreme service, only the most basic respect for customers! If the time is not up...I prefer to go to the Watson Yangming store, which is also a 24-hour shop across the road. The basic courtesy is very comfortable!
