I'll give it 3.5, perhaps best suited for the older business traveler. It just wasn't my vibe and I wasn't looking for a party place but it wasn't really a cool lounge either.

Tina and steven are great people. I’m American and my taiwanese friend stumbled im here to get out of the rain, left 3 hours later after good conversation and good drinks . Support a good person come here to this job pub!!

Stumbled to this place. It was all empty; when I and my friend ordered Coronas priced at 180 each, the lady Tina charged us 500 with an excuse that its for the service and 5 freaking crisps in a small bowl. She is all chit chatty and then screwing the customer with surprise bill. Totally waste and a worthless pub.
