Super-blind, I told you that there was no problem at the moment (April to May). Afterwards, the tax refund time was over (Mid July). I called and asked that there was a problem with the information provided. Why didn’t you talk about it now? Why don't you contact me if I found an error? It’s okay to call and ask each other, and I have to keep asking questions before calling me back. I called me at noon on 7/28 today and told me that no one will accept the tax refund check... I already admitted two weeks ago that you did not help me set it up and change it to a tax refund deposit account. I will send a check to you and call you again and again Confirm that I have changed my home address. You told me that it’s okay to change my address by phone... Now you call me and tell me that the cheque was returned (you still mail me to the old address) where are you? So why I keep wasting phone money and time calling your company? This is the business you are responsible for. Are you doing anything? Or what are the people telling you that you all go in on the left and go out on the right? The efficiency of public institutions is really dumbfounded...
