Very good service & average buffet. Provide free bicycle as well. Delicious free fruit in my room, especial the apple. Nice view for my room although only 6th floor. Would come again during wet season. Really enjoyed.

My second time staying here. Great location and service. Only complain would be the food on one of the night. None buffet. It was pretty bad. It was such relief to know my second dinner will be buffet style😅. I think the ventilation can improve a little bit as the air gets a bit musty. Overall, highly recommended.

The Sun Moon Lake Hotel is a place to relax and enjoy the view, it’s perfect located between the silence and the nature of the lake and the vibrant life of the city. You can use the hotel’s bikes like us and go through the one of the top 10 worldwide bikeway, where you can find tourist place’s, perfect scenic spot for pictures, visitors centers to buy food or drinks and refresh yourself, and then enjoy the sunset return to the room and took a delicious bath in your own Japanese style bathttub, If you like outdoor activities this is your hotel because you can spend the day making aquatic sports like stand up pedal (paddle) that the hotel made the arrangements in the lobby for you. The food was perfect, we select breakfast and dinners included, and the menu is buffet type (a great mix between local and international meals), our room had lake view and a little but very comfy balcony to enjoy the sunrise with a coffee. The bed was huge, and the room very quiet, most of the staff hotel speak English, and if they don’t believe me they will everything to understand and help you... Definitely we will come back for my wife’s birthday because we want to continue discovering the rest of activities that the lake offers, and this hotel make us feel like home.

Clean, tidy, excellent views and really liked the room interiors. Very close to other activities on the lake. Decent buffet breakfast.

Clean, well managed, recommendable! The room is very clean, and which is why guests may need to wait when passing 3PM. I can guess their cleaners do their job well.
