Healthy bakery alternative with a lot of rye and whole wheat bread and buns with more health-conscious garnishes; for those tired of the same white bread available in just about every bakery, Mr. Mark may come as a breath of fresh air. This is a very good bakery. Naturally their product range is more extensive in the morning during weekdays. Good labelling to help identify vegan items makes shopping here straightforward. I particularly like the rye multigrain loaf. It's lighter than a lot of heavier German breads, but in terms of sweetness it reminds me a lot of pumpernickel.
