The sales person, is very tricky. He seemed to disclose the hidden cost, but he really didn’t. He told me there is a charge called “port storage fee” and he made me believe it will not need a port storage if I have all the documents. But the destination team says there will always need extra storage at the port. This sales also quoted a lower price with higher volume, and he promised if the volume is less than 10% than he estimated, he will give discount. But that is a trick too. The volume was counted by the number of boxes. So, there are many ways to increase the number of boxes. If you are on a low budget, be careful.

Last week I called to make an appt with sales dept to get an estimate for relocation move. Appt was made today at 9a.m. but no one turn up and not even a call was made to me. A few hours later, I call the company to give them my feedback. The reply was that I should called the sales dept. which was what I did. No apologies was made. Instead they said, never mind they will arrange again. But no thank you, I will take my business somewhere else more responsible. You dont want to entrust your personal belongings to untrustworthy people or company.

the lady who answer the phone call is very rude. dont know how to communicate with this company.
