Taipei Public Library ChangAn Branch

Compared to the other branch (longshan) I frequent, this branch is more popular. Mainly due to accessibility. 👍🏼 Wide selection of Chinese & English DVDs available. Extensive collection Chinese books. Foreign collection (English only) has a few shelves. But genres of books (children's, young adults) are being put together. Need to sift through to find what u are looking for. Adult collection is placed right along the back wall of the library.

The environment is clean and tidy, and you need to take your temperature and brush your ID before entering the venue. The laptop area has a limit on the number of people per table. A table originally has three seats, but only one person can use it. If there are people who need to use a laptop or tablet, you need to consider it.
