I rented a bike for half day and payed 1000 NTD (fine, but it was my first time there and not a single explanation about the rental options). The guys there are very competent and the technical service was impeccable. However, it would be great if they can be slightly more welcoming...

I went there to get my bike serviced. They were professional, fast, and cheap! Highly recommended.

Room for improvement. One month and still pending..... Two stars might bee way too generous! Having ordered my bike four weeks ago, they are still not able to let me know when it will be ready. And we are talking about a standard bike straight from the catalog. Nothing special or custom except for the size being large. Disappointing that I have to call to check and follow-up. They could have been giving me a call to let me know the lack of progress. Or even apologize. To be continued. It might be the best fitting service ever and they might compensate the wait... Right now I strongly doubt. I will update my review when the purchase is in place. For now I have paid 15% upfront and feel like a hostage. The only positive so far is that it's possible to communicate with them in English.

A good Giant store with a great range of bikes. Friendly and helpful staff on hand to assist.

Very knowledgeable mechanics. Super efficient service.
