Awesome Giant shop in Taipei. Max helped me with my high-end bicycle purchase and was very helpful answering all my questions and assembling the bike to top notch performance. He speaks English to a very good level, is a passion3 cyclist and pro mechanic, but where he really shines is in customer service. Excellent and friendly service. Some English spoken. Got a good touring rack and rechargeable bike lights for a fair price. Even threw in an extra water bottle holder on the house. Most importantly they sold me a bike box and then very professionally dismantled and boxed up my bike in about 45 minutes on the day of my flight out of Taipei (500NTD). All in all a good bike store experience!

Max was fantastic. He gave us great tips for our journey and charged us a very reasonable price for his bikes which we took through the mountains for 10 days. He changed our seat covers, gave us lights pump, tubes, locks all for free. He was very hospitable, offering us fresh coffee while we waited for paperwork to be done. His English was pretty good and we got along really well. If you're looking to rent bicycles while in Taiwan (the best way to get around) I highly recommend you go to this place.
