Youth Hostel Zhanqian here and there

No tower or toothpaste, door lock does not function (room B). Blanket quite dirty and are deformed. I feel pain in back after 2 nigts. A cheap hostle in centre of taipei.

The hostel is a pretty good place to stay at if you want to have more privacy? than usual. Meaning you sleep in cube-like separated beds, with the result being a less hostel-like experience as you would expect. This is not a bad thing, but it is something to consider. The hostel in itself is pretty good, with two points sticking out for me: a) internet is really bad in the rooms and b) it can get noise-filled with the cars outside (although I've experienced worse). The best thing about the hostel would be its central location and really close to Taipei Main Station and Subway.

Great place for budget travel without compromising quality

The Guy below us had very smelly shoes, the hole room smells awefull.. Beside that the bed was very hard, and the stairs to our room hurt when you go to your bed. The room is very small without any option to hang you cloths or wet towel. You have to go trough the lobby when you use the bathrooms en toilet Not so much privacy in the upper bed. The lamp was broken in our room. Also it was very loudy after 11pm. The only two positive thing about our stay was the location near main station. Also our room was very dark.

I booked this place because it was conveniently near Taipei Main Station. I don't really mind it does not provide any towel or breakfast, but not even free drinking water? Kinda disappointing.
