At about 12 o’clock noon today, there was a lady at the counter with glasses at the cashier station. The attitude was really unsatisfactory. She kept asking people to recharge into the mobile phone. She said no thanks and kept Lu, saying ha, you should be Can’t understand what I’m talking about? May I ask what magical attitude is this? Talking to the guests like this, I just give you a membership card, because your Quanlian regulations are not allowed to make calls, so I use my mobile phone to do so. As a result, I keep loosing my stored value points in. I’m fine at other homes, just you. I kept talking, and finally told me that the first time I saw a customer like me, it made me very popular. It turns out that the clerk in your store treats the customer like this, it's ridiculous! Consumers today have the right to choose how I want to consume, right? Could the store manager supervise this employee?
