At the beginning of the establishment of the Xinyi Public Welfare Foundation, Director Zhou Wang Meiwen vowed and proposed wide planting of trees to improve the living environment. The Foundation then taught Professor Shen Rongshou of the Institute of Horticulture, National Chiayi University, to initially understand the theory and techniques of planting trees, and to understand the various considerations of flatland afforestation, so he invited Professor Shen to guide a graduate team to personally investigate and select an appropriate tree park land. Actually, the design blueprint for the tree park should have facilities and properly planted flowers and trees, and then entrusted the long-term greening of Shengjing Landscape Engineering Company to carry out site preparation, facilities, and plant flowers and trees. This community rebuilding project to build a tree park in a remote township immediately received full support from Auntie ’s relatives. First, the elder brother and sister-in-law of the neighboring community expressed their full support and optimism about their success. The principal of the new primary school, Chen Rongzong, the retired general manager of You Suxia, and all teachers and students responded enthusiastically to this tree park that will be born in the community. Everyone, especially the children, wrote down their wishes to bury a time capsule belonging to the aunt in the park. The adult employment stage of the children will be about 20 years later. This community volunteer group is the soul organization and character of this tree park's permanent performance! The chairman of the association, the current governor A Juan (Wang Yueshun), led a group of male and female volunteers in the aunt's three villages who were enthusiastic about serving the community. This small park that grows out of the field looks nothing from a distance, but it is amazing to look forward. Small shrubs are used as hedges on both sides, with sweet-scented osmanthus, kumquat, bergamot, tianshen, and cherries. After a while, you can imagine that there will be traces of birds, flowers, and insects in the park.
