Very good, cheap place for traditional breakfast fare, where you can watch them making what's for sale. Not spotless, but have a picture menu. Relatively quick turnover if all the tables are full. Easy 12min walk from Taipei main train station, feels much more local than anything in the station.

I don't get those kind of places, is the guy trying to have a nice shop or he just want to be on his computer listening to music in a middle of overpriced items ?
