When he declined to promote the additional purchases, the cashier instantly got a bad face. He didn't say a word or even thank you, and he deliberately found very dirty and torn banknotes for the customers. Your company’s employee education is really poor. Whether it is online customer service or physical store clerk, the service attitude is simply worse.

Almost all of the shelves were put on "Choose two pieces, two pieces, two pieces, two folds", picked three required goods, and happy to check out and came home to find that ... it was not discounted at the original price. No one picks up the phone (no words)

The staff are very patient to serve customers, and they can do the tax refund procedure for foreigners in the store, but it is a bit slow. Goods category is pretty good.
