Hilltop Free-Range Chicken City

After walking around the moon landscape a place to eat was nice. Large covered area serving up there deep fried chicken with vegetables satisfying. Sauces to spice up chicken

We order stirred fried chicken and chicken soup with bitter gourd (free range chicken done 2 ways), fried egg with salted turnip and fried rice vermicelli (mee sua). The plain rice vermicelli was surprisingly nice, the chicken is kind of tough after all it had been deep fried before it is sauteed with basil, ginger and garlic. I think the chicken would have been better if they had de-boned it before deep frying. Soup is refreshing especially in the hot weather! Not exactly to my taste but it could be different for you. 😁

This area is known for its chicken. Lots of flavours you can ask them to prepare. They also do the sesame oil noodle. Very very nice. Not a place you go if you don’t speak English. Very typical abrupt service from a busy Chinese restaurant. They also sell ice blocks from taiwan oil.
