The government's institute locates by a small street behind Yongda Road. Quite big inside. They provide miscellaneous service pertaining to citizenship and residence. The staff is good and willing to help, though sometimes it would take a while to wait. There are seats, water and newspaper provided for customers. Not a bad place to do necessary procedure!
