Swatch Taipei City Q Square

The back cover had come off my watch due to the humidity in Taipei and I went in here with a Taiwanese friend to them to ask them if they could put it back on (any watch dealer that sells batteries should be able to do this). The sales clerk asked my partner if it was a Swatch (it wasn't) then told us she couldn't help us, all this without even looking up to acknowledge our presence.

The attitude of the store staff is very good, and the decoration in the store will not be very crowded. However, the information on the warranty card can be integrated online, because the warranty card is easy to lose or damage.
