The equipment is broken, the fuel dispenser is malfunctioning, and the system cannot be swiped. During the revisit, the staff did not take the initiative to indicate the lane. I waited for a minute and didn't know which lane to refuel, so I had to choose one at random. The staff was also very unkind. Changed from 2 stars to 1 star.
