Very helpful Staff! But it's just a very small shop in a mall.

While the shop is small, the assistant was very helpful and spoke English too. I needed a Topeak part for my cycling tour in two days and he found the part number and located stock a nearby store. Thanks so much!

The shop is on the third floor of the shopping plaza. Not a big place nor do they stock a lot of accessories but helpful staff. I was looking for a MIPS helmet and they only had display unit in my size. Quick in and out, no drama or anything.

I thought this was a flagship store since it is located right next to the main station - but when I arrived there, I've found out it's only a really small department inside a big mall. Quite disappointing.

Staff speaks good English and -- surprise -- can order XL frames within a few days! Didn't know that was possible in Twn, heard many bad stories before...
