Shan-Yue Hotspring Hotel

The ambience is relaxing and clean. I liked this the best, they had nice ambience music at the dining room and overall looked clean. The room was good too, nice lighting and my boyfriend and I enjoyed our own small hot spring bath with no disruption. A few things that they definitely could improve: 1. The checking time was at 8:00pm which it's ridiculously late. And the check out time is normal at noon the next day. 2. The attitude of some of the staff was quite poor. They really didn't seem to want to be there which is unfortunate because the place is beautiful and a smile would make the whole experience better.

It's a perfectly functional hot springs hotel for cheap, close to the MRT and even has complimentary breakfast. But you're here for the hot springs and they don't disappoint! Love the in-room private hot tubs, but the public (gender segregated) hot springs facilities are fantastic!

Not overly impressed. The rooms are spacious, but outdated and feel extremely damp. Even though I typically enjoy Taiwanese breakfast, it felt old, cold, and not very nice. The hot spring tubs in the room are nice. The bed is comfortable. Overall not my favorite experience in Xinbeitou.

An excellent hot spring hotel. Each of the more luxury rooms has their own hot spring bath included. The hotel was tidy but slightly confusing with 2 different entrances. The breakfast was typical Taiwanese and overall everything was comfortable and neat. Definitely a recommended place to spend your night

A good balance between affordable and comfortable. Recommends for a quick getaway that doesn't break the bank.
