The hotel is located in Tianmu, a very relaxing neighborhood. Many restaurants, shops, and a few department stores are within walking distance. However, if you drive to the hotel, it has only four parking spaces in the basement which is rather small and difficult to park your car. A car-elevator is used to lower (or lift) a car to (or from) the basement, but the driver needs to stay in the car to operate the elevator. One time the elevator stuck halfway and I could not find any emergency button to call for help. The first morning after checking into the hotel, I found the door could not be locked and I was in sound sleep. The room card failed one day before my check-out date and the hotel staff was not able to reset the card or issue a new one for nearly a whole day. I also experienced water-dripping from the ceiling. The mini bar fridge did not seem to work and I was not able to place milk or food in it.

There were two times mistaken fire alarm happened at midnight which let me could not fall on sleep in remaining time. This is the first time I met in Taiwan and felt so bad. I did not got any comment from your clark about second time happend before checking out.

Very comfortable bedding. The bathrooms are very nice especially the Japanese toilets! Once I figured out which buttons turned on which lights I was happy.great location if you are going to the national museum!

I want to thank the staff for arranging a 1st floor room for us on the day my father was discharged from a nearby hospital after his spinal surgery. We were worried that the room was not going to be ready by the time we got back from the hospital. When we arrived, it wasn’t even noon yet, the staff already had the room ready for us the moment we walked in the door. We want to thank the staff for their great service. Thank you again and appreciate your service.

It is a lovely hotel. Quiet, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.
