The environment is indeed very unique, but the teachers seem to be impatient. They feel that they often use scolding methods to teach, lack empathy, and teach children at a loss. They continue to make mistakes and don't know where they are. I don't know if all teachers are like this. Taking the institutional route is very different from the past Waldorf school spirit
