Mu Lan boutique hotel Taichung

IRRESPONSIBLE BAD MANAGEMENT MOTEL! We arrived at our motel after travelling a Long journey from Singapore however the check-in is only available at 6pm so we left our luggage at MULAN motel .At 4pm, MULAN called us and cancelled our room because we were from Singapore and they expected us to be quarantine for 14 days here as a tourist before we can stay at their motel. We called the immigration and was told that as Long as we are able to enter Taiwan , we are able to gain access to any hotel/ motel in Taichung. I’m really disappointed in MU LAN management and I do not wish any other tourist will go through such torment experience like us.

The decor is very beautiful, it belongs to the classical style, the room and the bathtub are very large, very comfortable, the service staff is very kind, the room of the water dance B has been refurbished, very clean.

Very high end rooms, includes a garden, pond, bath, and all amenities.

Good

Water is not hot enough but place is clean
