Orange Hotel

I have spent two weeks at this hotel and I felt it amazing. There are 4 points which I think are distinguished about this hotel. First, the staff at this hotel is always responsive. When I have the staff bring something I need, they give it to me shortly after I ask all the time. Secondly, they offer very good allergy supports. Since I have serious food allergy, I was very worried about being provided with foods by a hotel actually. However, while some hotels reply to methat they cannot provide allergy supports, this hotel (Orange Guanqian Hotel) provides foods free of allergic ingredients. This has assured me so much while staying at this hotel! Third, they offer student discount. It is often the case with travelers especially student travelers that they struggle to prepare accommodation fee. So the student discount that this hotel offers is very helpful! Fourth, this hotel is very considerate for the guests. They anticipate that the guests are bored while staying at this hotel for as long as two weeks, and offer them many events to enjoy in a room! For example, they hold "Orange Movie Night" , which is the event that the guests can enjoy movies in a room with snacks and drinks provided by this hotel. Overall this hotel is very good! I would strongly recommend it

Thank you to the staff they are so friendly and kind. The offered a warm service and a nice energy. As tourists, we did not no much about the city so they helped us a lot. I love the concept and design of the hotel. They provide washing and drying machine so for us it was perfect. They also provide for free fresh fruits and beverages(coffee..) The room was small but very convenient and luminous. The windows giving a nice view on the long streets are nice. The hygiene is very good there is nothing to discuss about. I think I will be back there when I come back to Taipei again.

Old building and some smell in the toilet , very good location and nice front desk employee. But it is too noisy, you can hear the other people speaking. The price is reasonable.

It's near Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. It's quite near the Taipei Metro Station also, but you actually need to walk a lot more after entering the station to get to the actual platforms. And Taipei Main is huge....

Rooms are not that clean and are run down When you first arrive since you don't have an access card to get in the building, you need to ring the door bell. They remotely unlock the door but you can't tell or hear it unlock. Other new guests and I waited outside as we didn't know until another guest who had a access card let us in. I saw some other guests waiting outside and told them to go to level 3. The air conditioning does not work very well, when you set it to a temperature, it cools down regardless of the room temperature. Breakfast is a voucher to 3 restaurants which are very average and the cafe's open relatively late.
