Fullon Hotel Taoyuan Airport Access MRT A8

The hotel waiters wear masks uff0c and customers also need to wear masks to protect COVID-19! Everyone must keep social distances!This is a 5-day business trip , I stayed Fullon hotel. It’s located near the Global mall and A8MRT. It’s convenient for me to travel to anywhere I want to go! Moreover, the hotel supplies lots of sports facilities and spa services! You can enjoy your time as possible as you can. However, it is pity for waiters or waitresses who lack smiles on their faces. Plus, I call desk service information to tell them I need delay 30minutes to finish my project, they answer me okay, while after 5 minutes, they call back and imply me-Time up, I need to check out! They don’t give customers convenience and suitable help !I feel sorry and upset! In fact, customers are first! I hope next time they can improve service quality .

Amazing dinning experinece,(also best cheesecake ever), rooms and facilities like sauna and gym are super clean and nicely equiped.nStaff is incredibly frendly and supportive. Great hotel in great city in beautiful country. Would recommend 10/10.

Great location for visitors to stay. Convenient station to Taipei downtown and Taoyuan Airport

The Buffet is great they have a varied assortment of dishes and their pastry and ice cream section is awesome.

Made a last minute trip down to the hotel after my flight got cancelled.nnThe staff was very helpful and managed to arrange a room for us. She was able to accommodate to our late check-out request by considering our situation and was looking for a room at 4am in the morning.nnRoom is spacious and reasonably priced and staffs are friendly.
