Sorry, stay away if you need to make a reservation. I made a reservation over the phone and when arrived, no room was available cause I was told the reservation does NOT exist and they are out of the room. (I am a Native Mandarin speaker and have no problem communicating in Mandarin so this is not due to a communication issue.)
